GAGE Cherrymax GBP704 Pneumatic Riveter with Offset Pulling Head H781-456

Used GAGE Cherrymax riveter with offset head. Tested with Cherymax rivets and standard general duty aluminum. I don't know why the Cherrymax rivets didn't go flush but all stems broke the same. I hear slight air moving at riveter exhaust when not in use.
