Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel spiral bevel gear via triple heat treatment processes to submit wear-resistant surface and high strength core structure for long time and heavy duty operation. Range of uses includes welding shops, body shops industrial and fabrication shops. Widely applied for weld preparation, deburring, blending and smoothing applications.
Spiral bevel gears in angle head guarantees the best linear accuracy and uniformed teeth shape for smooth and quiet operation. Outstanding side exhaust offer the best motor efficiency and 360 degree directional exhaust prevents unwanted blowback.
